WHERE I WORK BEST

Best Fit: Head of Growth

My strongest fit is not a traditional marketing role limited to brand, campaigns, and awareness. My strongest fit is technical growth leadership — where marketing, product, data, automation, AI, and revenue systems meet.

I am built for roles that require both leadership and hands-on execution across marketing, data, automation,
and revenue systems. My technical fluency aids me in connecting Marketing, Product, & Engineering.

AI OPERATING LAYER

aiOS: My AI Operating System

I use AI as an operating layer across my work — not as a shortcut, but as leverage for more volume. My aiOS helps me iterate faster, multiply output, and communicate clearer updates to leadership.

Strategy Layer

> Analyzing funnel drop-off...> CAC elevated at ToFu — shifting budget> Hypothesis: landing page angle mismatch> Priority score: RICE 87/100

Experiment Layer

> Running A/B: headline variant B> CTR +14% · Confidence: 94%> Scaling winner → $15K/mo budget> Next test queued: CTA copy

Reporting Layer

> Weekly summary generated> $112K pipeline attributed> ROAS 6.4x · Leads: 847> → Exec summary ready

Automation Layer

> CRM workflow triggered> Lead routed → sales@...> Sequence: 3-email nurture> Lifecycle: Day 1 / Day 4 / Day 7
Memory Layer

Karpathy-Style Memory

Knowledge is structured as a tiered memory system with working context, episodic recall, and long-term semantic storage. Inspired by Andrej Karpathy's thinking on memory in LLMs, I export my thinking into persistent, structured formats that survive across sessions and compound over time. Whether it's wiki-style or RAG, this memory layer is vital to saving time, receiving high quality output, and maximizing tokens.

Obsidian Vault

My second brain lives in a bi-directionally linked Obsidian vault. Building an almost CLEAN architecture into it for extraction, it's extremely modular, allowing me to connect this to any model or harness. Strategies, experiments, frameworks, and decisions are networked and connected. Every project created has immediate context, training, and skills at its disposal.

ACE Framework

The ACE framework organizes AI-assisted work across three core layers: knowledge, time, and projects. Atlas holds the source of truth. Calendar anchors execution to real-world timing. Efforts organizes active projects. When paired with MAPs, this becomes a powerful OS for multi-agent execution — allowing agents to coordinate with context, operate against deadlines, support active initiatives, and compound output at the highest quality.

MY GROWTH FRAMEWORK

My Growth Operating System

A repeatable system for identifying, prioritizing, testing, and scaling revenue opportunities.

01

Clarify

Define what growth means right now. More leads, lower CAC, higher retention, or faster activation?

What are the measurable outcomes that matter most?

02

Diagnose

Find the actual constraint: traffic quality, funnel drop-off, offer clarity, CRM hygiene, or reporting gaps.

Where do the real opportunities and bottlenecks lie?

03

Prioritize

Use RICE / ICE frameworks. Not all good ideas deserve resources right now.

Prioritize build order by what actually moves the needle.

04

Experiment

Run controlled tests on landing pages, offers, audiences, campaigns, messaging, and creatives.

Find success before committing to large media spend.

05

Scale

Turn winning experiments into repeatables: Campaign templates, SOPs, automation, dashboards, CRM workflows.

Double down on the winners and scale.
